- Mutual Non-Disclosure (NDA): Every client engagement is protected by a legally binding bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement safeguarding trade secrets and business logic from Day 1.
2. Project Sprints, Milestones & 14-Day Delivery SLA
We execute software engineering through transparent, phased delivery sprints with strict SLA guarantees:
Any expansion in project scope or additional third-party integrations outside the initial agreement will be documented through mutual written change requests with clear timeline and cost adjustments.
3. Client Responsibilities & Content Sign-off Protocol

5. Commercial Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our milestone billing framework provides equitable commercial protections for both parties:
- Payments made for successfully completed and verified sprint milestones are non-refundable, as engineering hours and source code assets are irrevocably allocated.
- If a project is paused or terminated by the client before milestone completion, the client will receive all intellectual property and code developed up to the last settled milestone with zero penalty.
